Calculation and advance payment

Based on the submitted documents, patients receive a non-binding advance calculation of the costs for the expected treatment services. In addition, an appointment for presentation and/or treatment will be proposed

The estimate is considered accepted when the advance payment has been made or a written commitment to that effect has been made (guarantee of payment, GOP). Subsequently, confirmations and invitation letters can be issued, with which a visa application can be submitted to the respective responsible embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany.
