Photodynamic Diagnostic (PDD)

Dear guests,
during our workshop on photodynamic
visualisation in endoscopic
bladder cancer resection, I am
pleased to welcome you in our
department in Giessen. It is a great
honor and pleasure to organize this
clinical visit for you.
During the arriving afternoon at the
first day you will get an overview on
bladder cancer and its management
with the special focus on nonmuscle-
invasive bladder cancer.
Prevention - risk-adapted screening -
diagnostics - endoscopic resection -
photodynamic visualisation - the
PDD System blue - HD video quality
in daily routine
At the second day you will have the
opportunity to learn all process work
in Hexvix handling pre-operativly, the
usage of the PDD System blue, foto
documetation and video caputering,
fractionated tumor resection and
result transfer into the risk classification
of NMIBC for daily work.
I hope you will enjoy these two days in
Giessen and will collect all information
you expect.
